Over the past six to seven years, I have been dedicated to studying the Code and analyzing numerous judicial judgments. This endeavor has immensely aided me in understanding and applying the Code in my practice as an Insolvency Professional. While I have authored two books on the subject, their static nature limits their ability to keep pace with the evolving legal landscape. Recognizing this, I decided to create this dynamic platform.
